1、 Microtubule use:

      It is used to obtain high-quality serum samples in biochemical, immune, serum and other clinical medical tests. Serum separation glue is a semi-solid inert glue composed of several compounds. All the separation glue is synthesized from medical polymer materials. After centrifugation, it is separated into serum (upper layer), serum separation glue (middle layer) and blood cells (lower layer). A thick layer of serum separation glue in the middle of the test tube can completely isolate the serum and blood cells, so that the blood cells can not contact the serum, so as to ensure the purity of the serum.

      During operation, after the blood is collected into the separation gel storage vessel, gently reverse it for 3-5 times (fully mix the blood with the coagulant). After the blood is completely coagulated, [generally about 18 minutes] place the separation hose in the centrifuge. The centrifuge speed shall be kept at 3000-350or / min and centrifuged for 5-10 minutes to obtain the required serum. The tube can be directly placed into the automatic biochemical instrument for biochemical detection.
